I decided to share some pictures from my Nigerian Traditional Itsekiri Wedding. In Nigeria, before a white wedding, a person’s traditional marriage is very Important and it is always beautiful because of the different cultures we have in Nigeria.
I loved my traditional marriage because I got to wear different beautiful outfits and it was perfect because I don’t have a lot I would have loved to change except take a perfect picture of my Yoruba outfit. Lol!
I am an Itsekiri girl from Delta State. I know some people have never heard of this tribe but we exist, we broke out from the Yoruba’s and so our languages are almost the same. My native name is Gbubemi and it sounds like a Yoruba name, and if you can hear Yoruba, you can hear a little bit of Itsekiri.

I love the outfit I just can’t wait to get a perfect picture of it.
