I hear a lot of people say things like, I let fear take over my life, I didn’t do this and that because of fear but I am here to tell you to Why you should face your fears.
February this year I started a business and I remember thinking can I do this? is it even possible? will people buy? what if Nigerians hate flowers? but I did it anyway and gave it a try and it was the best decision ever. I don’t know if it is just me thing but anytime I am scared of something, The fear of also missing out on an opportunity always creeps in and I would rather do it than not.
And with a lot of deep breaths and encouragement, I tell myself I can do it and embark on the journey.
It is normal to be anxious about doing something unknown to you, I mean that’s life? I encourage myself a lot by watching biographies of great people and I always take notice of the fact that whatever they were about to emback on looked impossible or ridiculous but they did it anyway and the outcome was beautiful.
So be Confident!
Tell yourself you can do it and Start today!! we have only one life and trust me, you don’t want to live your life ordinary without making an impact on the world or your community.
Everyone has their own way of encouraging themselves but mine is watching Inspirational youtube videos, reading books, Christian books, reading about peoples stories, experiences and how they broke barriers. And I always feel better after.
Have you found yourself in this situation recently? did you see your plan through? I would love to hear how you went about it.
I started a podcast where I shared a little bit about my story of starting a business, conquering fear and how the amazing power of faith and positive thinking helped me.

So I went out to a place called famous potatoes in Abuja that has a really nice interior and exterior and trust your girl to take pictures.
I have fallen in love with red recently and I think I have worn this outfit 5 times and I never posted it to the blog. I wanted to tell you the price because it is a steal and just so you know, its a jumpsuit and I wore red pants over it and turned it to a top.
I got the jumpsuit on misspap.com last year and I got it for 5 pounds?! I even got a shoe for 5 pounds and the quality was amazing. They were on sales and when I heard it from my sister I ran there. I haven’t really shopped online since dollar went up but after seeing the prices I had to buy because trust the prices in Nigerian shops, this jumpsuit would be 8000 naira and the Mules 15,000 naira and so seeing it for a quarter the price was so kool.
I paired the Jumpsuit with red pants and my Ark bag to give it the perfect look I was going for.
What do you think about this look?
