I decided to wear a lot of Ankara outfits this year and after finding out a lot of Nigerian brands are annoyingly expensive (story for another day), I decided to find myself a tailor. And I found one that can sew properly and her prices are perfect.
I have decided to take it upon myself to source for African brands that are not so expensive for my readers and not give up easily. One of the reasons why I started blogging was to show people where to get outfits at an affordable price and I am on a mission to make that possible.
If you know brands that sell affordable Ankara outfit please do let me know.
My mum gave me this Ankara material and I think it was 2 yards, after thinking of what to make for a while, the Ankara flared top idea got into my head and I made one for 2000 Naira.

I decided to pair mine with red pants and a small beaded vintage purse to make the look perfect. Even though I feel like the pictures didn’t do it justice, I really loved the look.
