Hello people

A straw hat has been on my bucket list for a while and I have always wanted to visit the arts and craft village here in Abuja so I saw an opportunity to actually visit and get a few items I always wanted as well.

I totally love the arts and craft village, like I was so happy just being there and seeing a lot of amazing art work and decors and handmade items that I took pictures of almost everything and would have loved to upload them but there are just so much.

I always say that the only fun thing you can do in Abuja is to go out to eat but visiting this amazing place is actually fun and exciting.

Especially because of the things you see for people that love art, However if you plan on shopping there are two thing:

  • “Shine your eyes” by bargaining properly because the sellers tend to call ridiculous prices at first.
  • Don’t go with a lot of money because you will see a lot of amazing items to buy, because if you do you might go home broke except you have control over your spending.

I got a straw hat and 2 decors that I am definitely going to turn into a purse 😀

Everything was 6500 Naira and before I forget the traders are super nice it makes the place very welcoming.

The arts and craft village is located in the Central business district in Abuja, close to Silverbird Cinemas and it is opened from 8am.

This is one of my New fav spot in Abuja and I think everyone visiting should definitely visit.

XOXO

Thank you for visiting
